All products fitted to any Gas Appliance should be fitted by a professional who is a member of an organization that monitors the safe working of Gas Installers e.g. the engineer should be on the Gas Safe Register.
Gasboilersparts.com declines all responsibilities for any damage that may, directly or indirectly, affect people, things or animals as a consequence of the installation of the products without observing the technical and safety requirements provided by law regarding the repair of civil gas systems and industrial.
By WARRANTY we mean the repair or free replacement of the products or parts of them recognized by the relative manufacturers as being defective in manufacturing or material.
Products purchased on Gasboilersparts.com are NEW and therefore are covered by warranty in accordance with Italian law as it follows:
- Consumers are people that purchase for purposes unrelated to their professional or business activity, therefore products are covered by 2 years Warranty.
- Companies or Professionals are people that purchase for purposes related to their professional or business activity, therefore products are covered by 1 year Warranty.
- Warranty terms
The warranty is valid for the period indicated, starting from the delivery date, on defective parts of the products (not subject to usury) due to manufacturing problems.
Warranty cover is not valid for:
- incorrect use and installation of the products that do not comply with the warnings and indications given in the instruction or installation manual of the boiler.
- misuse, abuse, deterioration, lightning, atmospheric phenomena, overvoltage and overcurrent, insufficient or irregular power supply.
- damages caused by incorrect use or in CONTRADICTION WITH THE TECHNICAL AND / OR SAFETY MEASURES REQUIRED IN THE COUNTRY WHERE THE GOOD IS USED
If, during the warranty period, one or more parts are replaced for repair with part or more parts that are not authorized by the relative manufacturer, or do not comply with the safety and quality measures appropriate for the same, or if the repair is carried out by UNAUTHORIZED people, the buyer loses the repair or replacement right.
- Warranty procedure
You need to have the following components, documents and data available:
- Original packaging not worn and intact with all their parts
- Original accessories and components not worn and intact with all their parts

If you are in possession of this data and components and you have complied with the conditions mentioned above in in section 1), please follow these steps:
- Send a communication to our Customer Service via email: support@gasboilersparts.com in which it is described the defect noticed.
- Wait for the reply via email by our Customer Service, in which it will be given authorization for the shipment of the products.
- Download, print and fill the Warranty Module. Once It is filled correctly put it inside the package in order to process your request as soon as possible.
